This is "Dusk" a Linux/gnome desktop theme which runs on vanilla murrine engine so far It's pretty quick (about 2.60-3.00 average on gtk perf) completely legible, error free and aesthetically pleasing to me. Everything like global menu, elementary the panel etc all compatible. All colors are changeable via appearance preferences. I added some colors to the gtkrc file - gtk color pallet specifically for the menubar and toolbar. Which if you wish to change will require changing the rgb hex color codes manually in a text editor.
Note! built for use with Nautilus Elementary.
Any questions - Happy to help.
I hope you enjoy using this theme.

Mon 25 oct 2010 - Couple of small code edits during the weekend, additional information to the introductory blurb and a few shots of it running in a virtual environment with full compositing.
Updated Wed Oct 27 2010 :
Over 200 lines of code added to the gtkrc file Application fixes.
The only visual cosmetic changes are to the scale sliders which are now triangular.
