Human-reprise has consistently ranked as my favorite theme. I believe it should be Ubuntu's default. It has come a long way in just a few months without losing touch of Ubuntu's personalised look. In my opinion, it captures the style of Ubuntu moreso than Ubuntu's current default does.

The theme is good, but I don't like those icons. Anyway, nice job!

Human-Reprise is nice, but i think i would be even better if it use more orange, instead Brown. Take a look at Humanity.

Hello,

First of all, I like your theme! I like the human theme, but this is a real improvement!
Three things:
- I've a problem with the desktop applet in the panel, it is bigger than the panel.
- the panel-bg (like "metal") doesn't work, I'm using gnome global-menu... do you have a solution?
- in your screenshot you have a "widget" which display your song, how can I have that?

Thank you!

I can't get this to display properly.
I have the murrine package installed, but it still won't work properly.

Pull the source from bzr. I uploaded the panel_bg and a few other changes along with some extra themes I'm working on.

The softer lines that divide the toolbars and menubars looks much better!

Open nautilus and gedit then flick back and forth between this and old human; it looks much fresher and up to date. Subtle gradient too.

The scrollbar is a little anemic for my tastes but I can hack that myself.

Well done.

Hey! Cool theme! But the reason why I write is the wallpaper. Seen it on the ubuntu.com wiki and it looks great :-)
Where can I find it? Thanks :-)

Its really good overall. But a couple of things I rellay liked about the original ubuntulooks was the scroll bars with the two orange details and also orange contour in the buttons. Is there a possibility to achieve this, especially the button details?

You say you lowered the contrast, but now it's not very readable anymore.

I have this error:
/Human-Reprise/gtk-2.0/gtkrc:81: error: unexpected identifier `glow_shade', expected character `}'

In index.theme, the name as the same of Ubuntu.
