Elegance2 ic continuation of Elegance theme, this time does not have bulky menubar, and has nicer and more elegant widgets.
You need to try this theme to see the difference. Please try the theme before you decide to vote.

The theme selection dialog says that the needed GTK-Theme-Engine ">><<" ist not installed. Usually it tells the name of the engine between the >> and the <<.

for the life of me I could not get the black version of the menus (the suggested png file rename / change in the readme, I logged out logged in, what step am I missing?) to show text as white or grey, where are these settings located and what should they be, I tried playing around with the rs files but I'm still a noob with modifying?
simply wonderful theme, love the cyan-blue accent, looks very sharp with a blue glow windows decoration in compiz fusion.
I can definitely tell you put a lot of work into this one: so thanks!
