2.2.2 probably the last update, this should
fix the message of an engine "" not installed
I can't try it myself if it works (since I don't have
gnome installed) so if anyone would be kind
to let me know if it works, it would be kind :)
This will probably be my last fix as I'm not on
gnome anymore.

2.2.1 Fixed my previous F**kup. (at least I hope so)
(it's been tested on ubunut 7.10). If anyone still
has any kind of problem please be so kind and let me
know!

Picked this theme out a few days ago, and I've been VERY impressed with it thus far. Looks extremely smooth, and fits in with a few of my favourite backgrounds extremely well.

Well done!

Great! Thanks!

I made it black and white so that it would
fit with most icon themes and wallpapers :)

If you do find problems let me know and I'll
do my best to fix them :)

Hi Rob,

It looks very strange that my Nautilus has different icon styles (I applied the Linsta Icon set).

I noticed that you said you have "hardcoded" some icons... but... why? :)

Thanks,
Shannon

Why:
Because I grew tired of the back - forward icons in
the iconset I use :)

if you don't like them you can always delete
the code in the gtkrc file....
delete every line that starts with "stock".

Hi Rob,

I found the following 2 problems:

1) dis-aligned strips in tomboy:

2) very small issues which is not in v1.7:

Thank you! Keep up the excellent work!

Thanks.
But I have no idea how to get the .pcf files working.
Is this font available in .ttf format?

Great theme, btw. I already liked overglossed a lot, but this is rad.

Just fixed it.
I simply downloaded the Artwiz packet in Synaptics.

I love your theme, it's great. I especially love how dark it is. By the way I was wondering how you were able to get that menu bar on the top left in the second screenshot? I keep getting the one with the gnome foot instead of the one you show. Would love a response. Continue your work, it's great!!

Thank you for the positive feedback!

As for the menu I suppose you are talking
about the "Applications-Places-System"
menubar? If so , then it should be default
in gnome?

If you mean the icon next to the applications
menu is a gnome foot then that icon is
controlled by the icon set you use :)
has nothing to do with the theme.

hope this helps!

Really? I'm trying to make mine like with what appears to be the ying-yang symbol in yours. I'm using the suggested icons that you provided, but to no avail. Any ideas? If not I still appreciate you taking the time. By the way, love your gold version.

change when changin the iconset :S ,sry.

Forgot to make a suggestion. I am an Avant Window Navigator user and i've noticed that the Main Menu applet as well as the Places Applet dont really make colors work correctly. Just saying it to let u know about and maybe solve it someday. Hope it'll be soon ;)

Thank you very much for your kind words
about liking my theme as much as being default!!!!

As for awn, could you provide me with a
screenshot showing the bug/feature request
as I don't use awn myself I don't experience
those problems :)

Thanks!

Rawfan if u didn't follow the instructions for the installation but installed it anyway try this:

Open a terminal and navigate to /root directory (cd /root) then type:

sudo ln -s /home/yourusername/.themes .themes

that one is for the themes. It will create a symbolic link in the root user folder to your user .themes folder named .themes. That will allow root to have the same themes u already have installed in your user. If u want to share your icons too with the super user just change .themes for .icons in the sentence. To finish the explanation just let u know that synaptics looks ugly because is the superuser who is executing it. That's why u enter your password before launching synaptics. That will solve problems with a superuser nautilus too and everything ^^. Hope it helped.

And just congratulate TheRob for such a great theme. Keep that good work on it and maybe someday it'll become default theme in a distro (i would vote for it ;).

Nice, but it reminds me too much about the WinXP patched themes, sorry.
Appreciate the effort though, for that I
vote + (good work anyway) ;)

Thank you very much for voting!

As for the patched themes, I'm sure someone
somewhere has done something similar,
it's quite impossible to creat something
totally new these days :)

I have however created everything in this
theme (except for the parts that use the
crux engine ofc) myself and I didn't take
much inspiration from other themes, most
inspiration for this theme comes from when
I installed the black-white iconset made
by Daniel Grimm.

Thanks!

I really love this theme. Is it normal, that it looks real bad in some GTK progs like Synaptic for instance?

Can you make a mixture of SlicknesS and Clearlooks? I mean something using the buttons and such of clearlooks and the rest from your theme. That would be great!
