Whiteline for KWin
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
This is a port of the Emerald/Beryl-theme “Whiteline” (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=65057) for native use with KWin. Thanks to the author ;).
-----------------------------------------
Installation:
Unpack and cd to the directory
./configure
make
sudo make install
In case it doesn’t work, please try to “prefix” your KDE directory, e.g. for Kubuntu ./configure –-prefix=/usr

I've followed the instructions mentioned but configure results in :
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for Qt... configure: error: Qt (>= Qt 3.2) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!
For more details about this problem, look at the end of config.log.
I'm running qt-4.3.2-r1
Ta ever so.

Guys, I've build the Kubuntu package for Gutsy version, using the "right" way of packaging, the MOTU way ;)

Cheers.

for Kubuntu try
./configure --prefix=/usr
I originally wrote it more generally since the KDE directory seems to be somewhere else in every Distro ;)
