Description:

Install: take icons.svg within Inkscape's icons folder and change it's tool icons with new icons.

Please share possible improvements i'll try to give my best.

Only tool icons were changed, if you like or dislike icons please share your opinion with me i would glad to know it. Tested with several Gtk themes.

* Until now i never entered any line to a changelog, there have been done a lot of changes, but i'm still trying make these icons more consistent.

He thanks for your reply, I am using Ubuntu 13.10 as well.
I found out what the problem was.
When you click the download button it downloads a files called 155138-tools.svg
I renamed it to icons.svg after placing it in ~/.config/inkscape/icons and it worked like a charm :-)
You should add this in the description for others

These icons look great, much more remember-able then those colorful images that are the default.

One question: How do I install this?

I placed the file into ~/.config/inkscape/icons but nothing happens.

Hi, I'm glad you liked the icons and sorry for the late answer, as you can I didn't get many comments recently. I do not know why can't get them be displayed, what OS are you working on? I personally use Ubuntu 13.10 and have them in ~/.config/inkscape/icons/ folder.

Looks way better when using a grey gtk theme. But for an efficient workflow some more contrast is necessary imho.

Thanks, i'll try to fix it soon. Before uploading them i've changed them already couple of times. The idea was to make them look a bit more serious and good with more themes(light and dark).
