Installation:
Install cairo-clock
extract the downloaded file into ~/.cairo-clock/themes (for single user)
or extract the downloaded file into /usr/share/cairo-clock/themes (for system-wide availability)
Install to screenlets program put it
home folder/.screenlets/Clock/themes/elegantMint
