About USU:
First I would would like to start with little description of what is USU.
USU means Learn Free with Ubuntu is a Bulgarian distribution based on Ubuntu.It's current version 5.2 is based on Ubuntu 10.04.2.If you want to read more and download use the following link:

About the clock:
It is a modification of theme4linux-universe with changed colors and more.
How to install:
Download unrar and move the two folders (USU v.1 and USU v.2) into:
/usr/share/screenlets/Clock/themes
as root,than select one of them from clock screenlet.
