Description:

I converted my wife to Ubuntu Linux after her Win98 system got hacked. I had fortified that Windows system to the nines for several years and just couldn't hold out any longer. The keystroke logger she receieved was the last straw.

I created this main menu / taskbar theme so that the interface was familiar to her. At first I used a bitmap of the Windows desktop, but then that didn't do Linux any justice, so I came up with this Hopi-indian like symbol.

We're not talking primo material here. This was just so that my wife didn't have to look at something too outlandishly different than Winchunks. There's a weaning process here. It takes time with certain people. I only post this here so that no one else has to spend a lot of time doing it if they have like zero graphical skills.

Sure it's ugly, but, well, the goal is to be like Windows :-p
