Description:

It's a userstyle that imitates the Ubuntu Unity overlay scrollbars. (Since it's pure css, it is not perfect. Could be extended into a Userscript.)

Just discovered this and it's brilliant. Any thoughts on how it might be modified to work with Gmail or similar? Is that a possibility?

to get this to work, open http://userstyles.org/styles/80900/fake-ubuntu-unity-overlay-scrollbar, install stylish and install the stylish script. Greasemonkey script did not work for me though.

there is no Greasmonkey script :\ ... at least I don't know of any.

It's my very own ImmUnity theme. (Which is basically the Precise radiance theme with ambiance panel and a color tweaked elementary metacity theme.)
