This compressed file contains a few Gnome Panel skins/backgrounds (for 24px panels.)

For my own use, I wanted a panel that appeared to *not* be docked to the edge of the screen, but rather a few pixels away.

So I created a few backgrounds that simply use a few 100% transparent rows of pixels along the top and bottom, to give that look. It also causes most icons to appear larger than the panel, adding a nice effect.

I'll try to add some other panel sizes/colors if anyone cares for them. Please leave comments, suggestions, requests.
