This decoration is a derivative of the minaqua decoration, which I highly liked myself when I tried it.
However, beeing a true minimalist, I wanted the decoration to steal even less display real estate, and I wanted darker coloring of the active window.
If You think the borders are just too thin (BordersizeX=0 by default!), the borders can be made thicker (up to 4 should look OK) by editing the default.theme file accordingly.
