Well, this isn't very original, but here goes:
I hacked together an IceWM version of the 'Crux' gtk theme. It's blue, and it goes quite well with the Eazel-blue style from Aronnax. This is based off the Eazel-blue IceWM theme by Oleastre.
It needs some work, but here's what I got so far.
Enjoy.

Version .03 - *Added a grey version. Now archive contains "Crux-blue" and "Crux-blue-tan". Fun with Saturation. :)
Version .02 - *Changed grey areas to tan, because grey is boring :)
*Updated buttons to look better
*Made MenuButton larger, to accomodate icons

Btw, I can see that several window decorations on kde-look are made for IceWM and not native KWin. What are the advantages of making them for IceWM? Just curious.

But: too many buttons. I don't know how to make IceWM decorations, if I did I would fix it myself, would it be possible for you to do a version that _only_ has Minimize | Maximize | Close in the top right? Even better would be a version with Close moved over to the top-left.
Just a suggestion, based on my preferences. Course, you could get around this by making a KDE-native version of the decoration... :)
Anyway, good work.

I wanted to make this a kde theme, but it looks like you gotta write c to do that. Plus, there don't seem to be any good documentation to explain how you do it. Pixmaps are nice 'n easy :).
