Here is one EasyTag icon in the size 48 by 48 for the desktop. It's really just a simple (and perhaps temp) replacement to the default icon, which I don't like. All I did was take a screenshot, and then I used GIMP to put in the text and resample the size down to 48x.
Use it and improve upon it as you will.
