I really really really like your icons, man. I really do. *BUT* I just installed the 1.1 version, and was saddened by the floder icon change back to an M$ style icon. I really liked the TOTAL change of pace with the cabinet one that you made. I thought that was a lot better descriptor of what a directory is. A File cabinet has multiple drawers that hold many smaller things. That what a directory is.

Anyway, I just thought I'd voice that small little opinion. :-)

Thank you for the icons!

Hi, first thanks for your support :)
I liked the drawers aswell, I think they are a much better metaphor. However, I just couldnt make a decent 16x16 drawer, they looked terrible.

The other reason is it wasnt very easy to place images on top of them, (for the content themed drawers), there just wasnt enough room to work with.

The drawers (and the original folders aswell) are still included in the theme though, Theres alot of choice for the 'folder' in this theme.
By selecting "Edit Filetype" from the context menu you can choose from about 4 different 'folder' styles. :)

Can someone hold my hand through this? I don't know what AMi means by "Edit Flietype fromt the context menu". Where is the "context menu" he speaks of?

Thanx!

1. Find a folder.. any folder will do..
2. Click the right mouse button on the folder.
3. Select "Edit FileType" from the menu
4. In the dialog that pops up, Click on the button with the folder icon in it.
5. Select "Filesystems" from the combo box on the right in the choose icon dialog.

here you will find the various 'folder' options

thx for the new Release; together with iKons the only useable and impressive icon-Theme for KDE I've found so far.
Just switched the Drawer Icons back to their last incarnation, now if they just could have that light blue from that new Style it would be perfect.
really, really like that Theme,

keep up the great work

Best icons around! I've seen nothing like this. Don't use more colors, the blue and green is perfect!

What I don't like is the way the blue konsole icon moves into the foreground of the pannel (mouse over)...it looks like one would pull from both sides.

On mouse-over the K-"start"-button makes a big hop to the right, looks a little bit funny (but maybe you want it to look this way).

I love the reflective 3D-ish look of the entire set. I don't find all that shininess the slightest bit distracting. Some suggestions:

The navigation arrows are a little too pale; when used against a bright window background colour, they almost look gray.

If your folder icons looked as good as your drawer icons, I'd switch to them without hesitation. As it is, though, your folders are nowhere near as stylish as your drawers (which conflicts with the folder metaphor).

I liked this set and looks like it could develop into a competitor for Kicons!!! Keep it up please

U should put back the old folder icon, because this new one doesn't fit in.

Btw:i really like the next, back,up buttons.

If you dont like the new icons:
Choose any folder and select 'Edit File Type'
Here you can click on the default icon, which will give you a list of icons to choose from. Simply select the old folder icon from the filesystems section.

hey.
your icones are _really_ nice, the most of them anyway. But I don't like the arrows (forward, backward etc in konqueror). I think you should try arrows something more like the Ikons icon set arrows... they would fit much better to the rest of your lovely icons

How do I install this?

Some of the icons are VERY nice, especially the folder icons. Have you tried what shorter arrows would look like? Perhaps that would make them even nicer? There's only one icon that doesn't seem to "blend" with the others and that's the home icon in the toolbar. Maybe something more in the style of the folders? But overall: nice work!
