How to install GIMP Splash Screens:

Extract file gimp-splash-by-xenta-ui-v0.1.tar.gz
Move File gimp-splash.png as Root User to /usr/share/gimp/2.0/images/

or

open terminal this file locations
run in the terminal

sudo cp gimp-splash.png /usr/share/gimp/2.0/images/
