Qogir is a flat Design theme for GTK 3, GTK 2 and Gnome-Shell which supports GTK 3 and GTK 2 based desktop environments like Gnome, Unity, Budgie, Pantheon, XFCE, Cinnamon, Mate, etc.

2. GTK2 engines requirment:
(1). GTK2 engine Murrine 0.98.1.1 or later.
(2). GTK2 pixbuf engine or the gtk(2)-engines package.
Fedora/RedHat distros:
yum install gtk-murrine-engine gtk2-engines
Ubuntu/Mint/Debian distros:
sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-murrine gtk2-engines-pixbuf
ArchLinux:
pacman -S gtk-engine-murrine gtk-engines
Other: Search for the engines in your distributions repository or install the engines from source.

Great work, thanks a lot for sharing it with us.
Anyway I don't use it yet on my Ubuntu 19.04 because of incompatibility with my very favorite file manager (Double Commander aka. doublecmd-gtk, installed through apt, not by snap or appimage).
I don't understand what makes a dark theme work with this application or not but I see that Starlabs and Adwaita-dark are theming it perfectly. I don't know the difference with a theme like yours nor which files should be included or modified, sorry to be of no help.
Do you think that this issue with Double Commander could be fixed? I would be glad to use this theme as I really like it.

This is the most professional design I've seen in a Gnome Desktop Enviroment, I've been searching for something as professional as this. The win version of this theme (windows minimize, maximize, close ) buttons are killer.
Grab this, and it's Icon theme, you won't regret it.
Congratulation to the developers of this. Really top notch professional design.
10 the best Incredible theme, I think it currently is the best theme for Budgie. There are only 2 things I would like to ask.
1. Is it possible to make the Budgie Panel transparent like other themes do? If so, how would I do that?
2. Would you make the Qogir Logo available for download? I would love to use it on the Budgie Menu instead of the default dots/squares.

10 the best The is HANDS DOWN the best theme that there is, on all desktop enviro's. Dead serious. The only thing that I wish you would make, is a variant that included a WHITE panel, with some shadows on the switchers to show the difference. Other than that, I can deal with the dark panel or switch the color to white myself, rather than deal with these other half a**ed themes. GG bro

Thank you for your excellent theme, it looks very clean and professional ! I have one question though : I would like to use Adwaita's animation when I hover the mouse pointer on a panel element, on Adwaita there is a nive sliding animation for the thumbnail ; is there a way to add this to Qogir ?

Simply perfect, flat and if you like not too dark. Great!!!
9 excellent. Only one problem (not bug): the font color of Qogir-light's titlebars is a somewhat faint grayish-blue. On top of the white background of the titlebar, it can be hard to read at a glance. Is there some way I can personally make the font color of window titlebars black by editing the css?

A couple of improvements:
* Top bar is off centre.
* For some reason there is a tiny draggable area at the top of the window even in full-screen. This makes me unable to change tabs in Firefox by just sliding my mouse at the top of the screen (I have the title bar turned off in Firefox's settings). This doesn't happen with Arc for example.

+ Theme is great but I have a small problem
How can i set Qogir theme inn compiz window decorations.
I'm using XFCE on Linuxmint. Whenever i try to set Qogir with this command
/usr/bin/gtk-window-decorator --metacity-theme Qogir --replace
and also changing metacity theme from dconf-editor.
Compiz don't using the Qogir decorations but it uses Arc theme.

Few things though, I realize that this is your theme and all, but don't you plan to expand it to other forms for example, one with rounded corners, and transistion to transparrent top-bar when no maximized window is open?
