This theme is based on:
i3 theme for Metacity by NEBULUS

I'm a long time XFCE user and was looking for a theme:
- easy to distinguish between foreground and background window
- matching dark windows
- readable in hidpi
- easy to grab borders

Nebulus's i3 was close to what I wanted, so I gave in and modded it.
