my distro is Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS x86_64. i try to explain me better: i downloaded the folder and extract it on the download folder. Then i open the terminal and digited " chmode a+x install.sh // sudo ./install.sh // pw : ******** //reboot. and than the error on the bootloder is "unknown command hwmatch" . so i comment uone row on etc/defoult/theme and sudo update-grub for have the previous bootloder (the standard one GRUB)

Excelent work! Maybe it's my monitor/graphics card driver but I see fonts a little sharpy. Thanks anyways!

GRUB

How to install a grub theme:

  1. Extract the theme to /boot/grub/themes/

  2. Edit /etc/default/grub file. Find the line starting with "#GRUB_THEME" and change it to "GRUB_THEME=/boot/grub/themes/[THEME_FOLDER]/[theme.txt]" (replace [THEME_FOLDER] ; [theme.txt] is probably OK ; remove "[]" brackets)

  3. Run sudo update-grub
