For the conversion I used the program perl sd2xc-2.5.pl adds KDE4 Compatibility, and adjusts the individual pointer animations with GIMP and XMC plugin.

This is EXACTLY what I was looking for . . . a good size pointer with a black fine point. Easily seen by these tired old eyes.

And as an added bonus, it rotates when there is Net communication. Also flashes gray and black when on a link.
