Guitar Cursor: Pick
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on git.opendesktop.org
Cursor theme full of guitar picks.
On GNOME,
1. open System> Settings> Appearances, select 'Themes' tab.
2. drop archived file onto the window.
You need some more steps on Ubuntu 10.04,
1. sudo gedit /etc/alternatives/x-cursor-theme.
2. in the doc, find "Inherits=xxx", replace "xxx" by "Pick".
3. save, close, re-login.
You don't have to mind that when you're on 10.10.
On Xfce,
1. Untar the file into ~/.icons.
2. go to Settings Manager> Mouse, on Theme tab, select "Pick".
3. re-login.
If you have an old version installed,
remove ~/.icons/Pick, before you install a new one.

Just a quick thing. I'm on 10.10, in some cases the cursor falls back to default one. Could we fix that?

I tried to suppose when the cursors go wrong.
Case 1: When you do something as a super user or someone greater, your cursor and themes becomes default ones if you haven't changed your themes as 'GDM'.
Case 2: Some cursor theme might not work in some applications which requires some special cursors. But I haven't been in such a kind of situations before. If you meet some strange actions with my cursor, please tell me what application you used.
In the other cases, I'm sorry I don't know why.
